HACEP is embarking on a program to make HAP payments to landlords via direct deposits. We are pleased to offer this capability as we believe it will save time and money for the landlords. It also saves time for our staff enabling them to devote more time for customer service.
We started gathering information on October 1 2008 with the intention of the program becoming effective on November 1st, 2008. Due to unforeseen technical reasons this has been postponed to December 1st, 2008. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patronage.
